Katie L.
Katie grew up in Illinois and attended Auburn High School, graduating in 2000. She then went on to major in journalism at Iowa Sate University in Ames, IA. After graduating from ISU, Katie worked for the Iowa Democratic Party’s press department and then spent several years working odd jobs in Ames. She was then offered a job in New Hampshire and moved halfway across the country to take the position. Then Katie decided to go back to school and moved to Texas to study community planning. She now works as a planner for Planning Decisions, a Portland-based community and regional planning firm.
