Tom Hincks
As a senior in high school in Yarmouth, Tom had plans to play soccer at Maine Maritime Academy until he unexpectedly became a father three months before graduation. To support his new family he entered a culinary institute in Pennsylvania, though he did not graduate. Since then he has worked on a fishing boat in Alaska, owned his own mortgage and loan company, and worked in and owned restaurants. Most recently he took over The Fisherman’s Net in Portland.
